The file 'Betafpv Beta 65x 75x 85x Case For 8 Batteries 3D Printer Model' is (stl,f3d) file type, size is 4.3MB.

Summary

Case for the Beta65x and Beta75x with space for 8 Hobbyking Nanotech 300mah 45C 2S batteries. Included is the Fusion360 file if tweeks need to be made and most everything is defined as parameters that can easily be changed.

There are two versions of each. One loose, one tight. The the loose fits a little too loose and in order to try and fix it given how long it takes to print, I added some hot glue to the inside of the lid and squished it flat with my finger while it was still hot. This was enough to give it a nice snug fit. It's actually nice and smooth this way so I'm posting it as an option. I've also included tighter versions.

Currently I've only printed the 65x loose version and am in the process of printing the 75x tight version.

Update 1: 75x base right printed and fit is perfect (added picture). Tight top printing now and will verify the gap tonight.

Update 2: Tight models are not tight enough. I thought a .2mm gap would be snug, but it isn't (loose is .4) so. A dab of hot glue in the corners that's squished flat while hot make the top nice and snug, but that wasn't what I was going for with the "tight" versions. Other than that, the fit is good. I'll update the models and upload again, but I won't have a test print done until tomorrow.

Note, current models are not updated yet. If you want to do it yourself, you can edit the F3d file in Fusion 360 yourself. in the custom parameters tab, change the gap to .5 (gap measurement is for each side, so a the current value of .1 means a .2mm gap total) Other than that though, everything seems to fit well.

Update 3 (final): .1mm total gap seems to be the right gap for a snug fit, so I've updated that and re-uploaded all the models. Loose is now .2mm total gap if you want to try the hot glue method. It's a lot smoother, but to be honest, I don't know how durable it will be. I mean you can always add more hot glue.. time will tell :-)

Also, I updated the f3d file. The embossed text is the "text" sketch and the 1.5mm extrusion into the top is the last step in the timeline which I've disabled, so, if you want custom text you can just edit the sketch and enable the last feature in the history.

Update 4: 75x Tight top was corrupted, so I've re-exported and updated the file.

Update 5: added versions for larger Tattu batteries. I don't have these batteries so I have no way to test so I suggest you print the tattu battery test part to see if it's the right size before printing the case. If it works or doesn't, please add a comment

Update 5: Added 85x case for 4s batteries per request. I don't have one so I'm going off commented measurements. If there's no conformation yet, print the battery test square first.

Update 6: 85x case confirmed working.
