I created these parts to help me reduce the height of some replica 70cm Bertoia chrome chairs by 55mm. The mitre blocks act as jigs to ensure a square cut at the correct location on each leg. I made two jigs: one to cut the front legs (which are at 81.5 degrees from the ground), and one to cut the rear legs (which are 76.5 degrees from the ground), however this was overkill and you can easily get away with just printing one, as the difference is negligible.
The end cap was to replace the damaged cap on one of the chair legs.
