This is my fan shroud design specifically made to maximize air pressure when BeQuiet Silent Wings 3 fans are used on radiators. Silent Wings 3 fans have a skeleton frame, meaning when mounted on cooling radiator of a water loop or AiO, they leak air on the sides of the frame because they are not entirely square shape that would seal against radiator on all sides.
To alleviate that, I've designed these fan shrouds that you put between radiator and Silent Wings 3 fans to create a seal and ensure all the air forced into the radiator will also go through the radiator.
BeQuiet addressed this with release of Silent Wings 4 series which have a flat square frame design. For owners of Silent Wings 3, this is the best and cheapest way to address the air pressure issue.
Design tested on Arctic Cooling Liquid Freezer II 240mm with two frames that have the extended covers, but I also made another piece without the extended ends for use on 360mm radiators where you put extended pieces on the ends and piece without the extended ends in the middle. It should fit, but slight adjustments might be required to the model.
