The Benjamin Marauder original shroud works quite well, but there is margin for quieter operation. These baffles are designed with that precise goal in mind. It you wish to use the original air stripper you will need to print 8 baffles and the spacer to stack up against the air stripper. Optionally, once I will complete the design, you could use 9 baffles, the 20mm spacer and my own air stripper design.
Technically the new stripper is just a holder to keep everything in place, the actual stripping is done by the first baffle.
The .177 baffles are too tight for the .22 and would definitely strike the .25 so there are specific files for each caliber.
Also the barrel diameter for the .25 cal version is larger (1/2" instead of .437).
As a general rule of tum I allow for 1.5mm clearance where the projectiles needs to pass, I have found that any lower than that and tolerances become critical needing a lot more attention on how concentric everything is.
