I had been experimenting with printing molds. I then saw jasonwebb posted his openscad scripts for making molds http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31581
While I am not using openscad, Jason mentioned oogoo which was huge. I have been experimenting with it, and it is GREAT! it can be molded in ABS without any release agent, hardens fast, is easilly colored with oil paint. I LOVE it! I will be making a bunch of molds with oogoo as the intended casting medium.
