The file 'Bench Power Supply/Charger 3D Printer Model' is (stl, pdf) file type, size is 1.5MB.

Summary

I built this mainly to power my chargers for my lipo's but it can be handy for lots of things. the main 3 right side outputs come straight off the main 12V power supply at 850W - 70A, it has 2 USB's in the middle under the the Buck power supply that is connected to the power booster and is capable of 0V up to 50V at up to 20A, on the left is a 1 or 2 cell lithium Ion charger.
I used the stock main power supply fans and added a third 40mm fan for the power booster for the cooling, I also added dividers to all the sections for support but mainly for better cooling, make sure you have proper air circulation on top and back it will get pretty warm especially when under load.
I will not go into how to build the whole thing but it isn't too difficult hopefully the pictures will help and most of the parts come with instructions.
I am currently am working on a second one and will try to get more detailed with the pictures and possibly a video. I wouldn't try this if you are not comfortable with electronics, you will have to dissemble the main power supply and extend the wires from the primary to the secondary, solder the jumpers on PS_ON and PS_Kill to 3.3 Return so the power turns on when power is applied I added the pinout and pictures for that.
You will notice the the surface of the bottom of the inside where all the electronics mount is has imperfections that happened after I ran it thru Netfab to check for errors and simply just didn't want to spend the time to fix but it has no effect on the build and can't see it when its done so just disregard, I will update it if I decide to spent the time but prob not.
Dont forget the 3mm spacers under the main power when mounting.
Parts other than what is listed below you will need Shrink wrap, 10,12,14,16,18-Gauge Wire, assorted length 3mm screws and a few 2mm just for the USB board

Build at your risk this has high voltage and amps proceed with caution!
