Summary

The belt is lightweight but enough durable, with a plastic buckle and flexible TPU parts. Width is about 3.8cm. Depending on the size of the printer table, you can select the appropriate parts and assemble a belt of the required length. To connect two parts, you need to thread the ends through the central holes of the fasteners as in the photo. When preparing to print, you can need to rotate the models 45 degrees in the slicer to get them to fit.

Lenght of the parts

Long parts for printers with a working field from 40*40 cm

  • BeltLong1 (connects with buckle) - 51.5cm
  • BeltLong2 (tail) - 51.5cm

Middle parts for printers with a working field from 30*30 cm

  • BeltMid1 (connects with buckle) - 37.5cm
  • BeltMid2 (ordinary part) - 37.5cm
  • BeltMid3 (tail) - 37cm

Small parts for printers with a working field from 20*20 cm

  • BeltShort1 (connects with buckle) – 22.8cm
  • BeltShort2 (ordinary part) - 22.9cm
  • BeltShort3 (clasps) - 21.7cm
  • BeltShort4 (tail) – 22 cm

Thus, for example, if you need a belt with a length of 112 cm, you can take 2 long parts and one short, 3 medium parts or 5 short.

You can also additionally print the eyelet to put away excess belt if for some reason it is present.
