I'm using a Core H4 Printer from Gtmax3D a brazilian company. it's really nice. their website has the specifications if any of you want.
The object is a square Mold, 100x100x8 all in mm. it's a mold for rolling ceramics on top. (can be scaled)
the hexagons are 4mm wide, the space between them 1mm (i had a hard time to do a nice set of settings to print it laying down, it worked but since i'm rolling ceramic on top, printed standing up for layer strenght)
I really liked the one I printed standing up. it has what i needed from toughness to precision.
for this Print I used 0.15mm layer (don't know how it will work out with higher)
did it at 100% infill cause i wanted it tough. can do with less.
printed like the picture, the square standing up.
Feel free to sell any of my designs. I will sell them too hahaha. it's for commercial use, go ahead I won't mind, really.
any doubts leave in comments, i'll answer asap.
