Wanted to print a phone stand for my phone, but I also need a bed scraper when removing prints. So I designed this dual purpose bed scraper with a foldable phone stand.
Some features:
1.) Stoppers to prevent hinge over rotation
2.) Snap on latches when on bed scraper mode
3.) 5 mm mounting hole
4.) Added option for hexagon details because hexagons are the bestagons. (Jokes aside, my phone has speakers underneath, not really sure when adding it improves the sound lol).
5.) It transforms to a phone stand!
Note:
I wanted it to be a almost tight fit to remove flimsiness and for the snapping of the latches.
This part has 0.2 clearances between moving parts, it should be no problem for well calibrated printers. Prints fine on my Kingroon KP3S 3.0
Hinges may bond on some places and needed to be worked on a little to allow motion.
Unfortunately, the parts completely bond when I print it in my old Ender 3V2. Take care.
