Introduction

This is a Y belt holder to use MK2s or MK2.5 on Full Bear MK3 frame.

Hardware needed

2x M3x12mm socket head screw (ISO 4762). Green arrow on the 4th image.
1x M3x18 or M3x20mm socket head screw (ISO 4762). Blue arrow on the 4th image.
1x M3 square nut (DIN 562). Yellow arrow on the 4th image.
Use all MK2s/MK2.5 parts except those parts that must come from the Bear full upgrade MK3:
- Y rod holders
- Build helper 106mm
- PSU lower mount

Tip: Make sure to check your extrusion multiplier before printing this parts. Check my guide here: https://guides.bear-lab.com/Guide/Extrusion+multiplier+and+filament+diameter/8?lang=en

Assembly instruction

Follow the assembly guide of the MK3 except when you install Y motor mount and Y idler where you have to look at the assembly guide of the MK2s/MK2.5(S). You can also use the part positions from the 5th image.

2019.07.12 : New version that does not need a new longer belt. Stock belt can be reused.
