The Rims are composed of 3 parts:

  • part 1-3 Hexagonal Side (for the hexagon 12mm x 5mm, or 17mm x 7mm , or 17mm x 5mm)
  • part 2-3 Outer Side (to choose the internal width of Rim / Tire)
  • part 3-3 Internal Wedge (to choose the toe-in 0.5mm or 0.25mm)-> To choose the gap 0.5 mm or 0.25mm of the Internal Wedge depending on the internal width of the Tire / Rim.

RIM 1.9p or 48mm X Internal Width Rims 25-30-35-40mm

REQUIREMENTS :

Per Rim:

  • SCREW 3mm x 20mm (X6)
  • WASHER 3mm x 0.5mm x 8.1mmMax (X6)

CHOICE METHOD :

STEP 1: Measure the inner diameter of your tire 48mm, 58mm or 80mm so 1.9p, 2.2p or 3.2p.

STEP 2: Measure the width of your tire this will be your internal rim width.

STEP 3: Choose whether you want long or short lips -> To choose your parts 1-3, and part 2-3.

STEP 4: Choose the type of Hexagonal 12mm or 17mm and its depth 5mm or 7mm -> To choose part 1-3.

Les Jantes sont composée de 3 parties :

  • part 1-3 Coté Hexagonal (pour l'hexa 12mm x 5mm, ou 17mm x 7mm, ou 17mm x 5mm)
  • part 2-3 Coté Extérieur (pour choisir la largeur interne de Jante / Pneu )
  • part 3-3 Cale interne (pour choisir le pincement 0.5mm ou 0.25mm)-> Pour choisir l'écart 0.5mm ou 0.25mm de la Cale Interne selon la largeur interne de Pneu / Jante.

METHODE DU CHOIX :

ETAPE 1 : Mesurer le diamètre Intérieur de votre pneu 48mm,58mm ou 80mm donc 1.9p, 2.2p ou 3.2p.

ETAPE 2 : Mesurer la largeur de votre pneu ce sera votre largeur interne de jante.

((((Parmi les pièces correspondantes aux mesures précédentes, donc avec votre diamètre intérieur du pneu et votre largeur interne de Pneu / Jante.))))

ETAPE 3 : Choisissez si vous voulez des lèvres longues ou courtes -> Pour choisir vos part 1-3, et part 2-3.

ETAPE 4 : Choisir le type de Hexagonal 12mm ou 17mm et sa profondeur 5mm ou 7mm -> Pour choisir part 1-3.

A ce stade la part 1-3 sera définitive car vous l'aurez choisi en fonction du diamètre Intérieur de votre pneu, de l'Hexagonal et des levres voulus.
Vous pourrez y fixer tous les mixes en choisissant votre nouvelle largeur interne de Pneu. donc la part 2-3 et la cale interne part 3-3.

ETAPE 5 : Choisir une largeur interne de jante,25mm 30mm 35mm 40mm ou 45mm -> Pour choisir part 2-3

ETAPE 6 : Votre pneu est-il épais ou fin ? -> écart 0.5mm ou 0.25mm ? (pincement)-> Pour choisir l'écart de la Cale Interne part 3-3.
