I was looking for quick way to load my bb air gun, so I have designed this bb loader.
Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9Ziqi0IG2s

It can hold 18 4,5mm rounds, but If Your bb gun has different magazine capacity just let me know in the comments and I will upload different version for You :)

You can have 10 loaders in a holder, so in this case You have 180 bb's waiting for shooting. It's more than enough for two 12g CO2 capsule's for most bb blow back air gun's on the market.

With this You can make Your shooting more efficient, by wasting less time on reloading. Load holder with bb's at home, put the caps on and go shooting. Now, You have 10 (You can print more of course :D) loaders. Every loader contains exactly the same amount of rounds which Your magazine will hold, so if Your mag is empty, You just have to grab one loader and put all bb's in Your mag. You are done and You can shoot again! :)

With some experience now I'm able to reload my magazine in a few seconds.

As I have experienced it may not be easy to achieve the same fit with different 3D printers and settings especially if You have a lot of tiny artifacts. Also even different materials brands etc. may have impact on this. Holder diameter is only a 0.12 mm larger than loader. Loaders should fit tight in holder, so they will not fall out. Between cap and loader is 0.16 mm diameter difference. It should fit snugly so it will not fall out but, also be easy to take off. My suggestion is to play with flowrate first and print only a few test models. Print more when You will achieve fit that You like.

You need to have Your 3D printer well calibrated in order to have right fit etc. Print it with 0.4 diameter nozzle and extrusion width.

If You need 6mm version, scale it to 134%. It Should work, as one of the users tested it. See comments below :)
