This is a trace foot with handles for a Bauer 58253 trim router from Horrible Freight. This allows you to use the trim router to engrave materials and trace patterns. The large foot attaches using the factory foot mounting screws. The handles are affixed to the foot with #10-24 x 1in machine screws (countersink). The nuts are dropped into the handles from the top, one each (of course), and the screws are then passed up from the bottom of the foot into the handle. I used PETG for this for strength and durability but I would think PLA would have worked as well. On my printer, I sometimes have a problem with spider-webbing with PETG in cavities so watch the nut holes to be sure they are clear of webs when inserting the nuts. The depth of the holes for the nuts is pretty close to as far as the 1 inch screws will reach and fully embed: there's not a lot of wiggle room (distance) for the screws to reach up into the handle and catch and pull the nut through webs.
