The file 'Battleship Missouri 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 3.4MB.
This is the uss Missouri battleship. the ship is in 177 scale and the ship is 5ft long 7in wide and 1 foot high.
This very detailed ship is a better of my first uss Missouri. This was cut in 3d builder and edited in tinkercad. with tinkercad on my first ship it mest up the detail and i had to try to fill it in.
The scaffold behind the first exaust vent can be printed or if it doesn't work then i recommend using plastic or tooth pics to make it.
This ship has all the detail it could ever have but still needs some non 3d printed parts to give it more details.
I recommend getting these parts.
.black string
.styrene rods.
coke bottle plastic. windows
This ship is designed to be a rc ship but i have not found the right parts for it. i will update description and files for electronics. but for now this is a cool boat to display when painted and detailed.
I may edit the bridge to fit a fpv camera for bridge view.
i will update all my ships like this and will definitely be all the same scale and have all the detail. but for now enjoy a big bathtub boat.
UPDATE. 8/10/20 all radar and guns are now uploaded to the ship and ready for full display.
UPDATE. 1/29/21 it would be too complex to make instructions for the ship. all the pieces are pieced by common sense and for all radar pieces, it would take me forever to explain where everything goes so this link is to a iowa class 3d model that is complete with everything on it. so i would look at it and figure out where the pieces go. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1345204
UPDATE 5/28/22 if you have this model and are printing it, you should continue to do so with these files, but if you're printing this for the first time i encourage you to hold off on printing this ship. you can print this if you want but very soon V2 of this ship will be released. This next version is still the same ship and same size. but unlike this model which CAN be used for rc is mainly display even though the title has rc in it. The new ship is designed to work with specific parts and a less pieces. The new parts will be much larger and designed for bigger printers. One problem I've heard is the super structure is hard to print with all the overhangs and a lot of supports but that is one issue I'm currently working on fixing. like i said you can print this ship if you want or wait just a little longer for version 2.
