20.000mah Batterypack made with Lithium-Ion-Cells (6SP4)
I've designed a Lithium-Ion-Battery 6S4P with 20.000 mah capacety. Holder and Storagebox. I'm charging LiPos with this huge Battery.
Between the cells i've left 3mm space for air flow. Each cells can only push 10A. So it needs some airflow.
The Cellholder and the big part of the box are printed in PLA. The cap is printed in TPU.

Samsung Samsung INR21700-50E Lithium Batterys
2 Meters
Hiluminband 5mm*0,15mm (Important: The Cellholder is designt for 5mm wide Band. Probeply it could fit 6mm)
1 Meter
14-12 AWG Siliconwire
1-2 Meter
22 AWG Siliconwire
1 Solderiron with Solder (I recommend Spot welding, but i Soldered it)
PLA and TPU in Color of your choice.

You should know what you are doing. Soldering lithium-ion Batteries is dangerous and can start a fire or cause an electric shock.
