I made a battery pack for my TS100 soldering-iron.
It is a 6S battery pack made out of 18650 cells.
With the cells I used it should be possible to solder at least 3 hours without a break.
I also used a Lipo Battery Voltage Tester that shows me the voltages and indicates if the pack is empty.
I also used a little switch to connect the Battery Tester to the cells because I did not want it to be provided with power all the time.
I put an XT60 connector on it for charging and discharging and also a Molex Micro fit 8Pin connector for the balancer port.
