Summary

These things are battery holders for storing AA, AAA 18650 and 9V batteries. The AA one holds 24 batteries, the AAA 32, the 18650 24 and the 9V 10. (I have not tested the 18650 and 9V as I don't use these sizes)

They are designed to be printed in spiral vase mode only. They are very fast to print and use very little filament (Less than 50 minutes and about 20gms)

It is important that these are printed with the following settings to get a successful print:

  • Spiral Vase mode.
  • Layer height 0.20mm (Including the first layer!).
  • Base layers set to 4
  • External perimeter width to 0.8mm.

These could be printed in any material, I used PLA.

Note: if you would like a custom sized version of this, either for different batteries or with different amounts, please ask in the comments and I will upload an additional version.
