Summary

This is a case for a 12x18650 cell battery pack (12v 9Ah)

I designed this for my motorbike when I decided to replace the lead battery with a 18650 battery pack. The benefits are notable: less weight, more carrying space under the seat (as you can see in the pics, the extra space is enough to fit a small first aid kit and a small toolbox) and less worries about the battery charge.

For the montage you will need:
-Upper part
-Lower part
-Flexible wire (3mm diameter)
-Round terminals (12mm external diameter)
-The original screws and nuts of the old battery

The case is intended to be as waterproof as posible, but I recommend to put at least some tape around the union between both parts or (if possible) glue them with silicone or similar.

The terminals are designed to match with the lead battery ones so the motorbike does not need any modification to work.

This is much smaller than the OEM lead battery it's supposed to replace. Maybe you will need to use Velcro (or similar) to fix the case in place.

The E13 Logo is for the manufacturer of the pack that I used https://e13batteries.com/
