I needed something to tidy up the bathroom sink, so I threw this together in Tinkercad.. took me about 15 minutes... and then took about 25 hours in total to print, but it does the job!
Someone may find a use for it.
No supports needed and I printed it at .3 layer height with 10% fill.

Added a new stl file: toothbrush_holder
This clips on to the insert and holds 3 toothbrushes (or any long thin object) and extends the height of the insert section. Extra image attached.
