I extended up the sides of my Harbor Freight basket and it turned out so nice my wife put fruit in it. It was printed in PETG which may be food safe and it is quite strong.
I did a diamond shape on the sides so only the handle area's will need some vertical support when printing.
Not sure if the height effects how the ultrasonic cleaner works but I think it will work fine.
