Summary

designed a base the Voronoi Lamp by Markellov. It is designed to to house a 2032 battery holder. Several variants of the base are provided - they may be repurposed to suit your needs.

Print the base using either a filament (preferred) or resin printer. Use supports as required. Since the walls are relatively thin, you may use 100% infill. The models with legs need supports.

For a diorama with a scale of about 1-in-6, I printed the Abe at 100% and scaled Markellov’s model to 40mm wide (26.28%). I printed the lamp using a resin printer and then installed warm-white LEDs and a 3 volt 2032 battery holder in the base.

Clean-up, prime and paint your base as required. I painted mine using a wood-grain texture with a base colour of terracotta to give a teak appearance.
