Designed a throw lever for a Barska Colorado 3-9x40 scope. I use this with a Daisy 880 shadow. I've created 2 versions for people to use, as I noticed the length of the lever was close to touching the stock end, SEE IMAGES... ALSO....Please read below for info

It uses an M4 nut and M4x25mm socket head screw. I made the wedge part really thin so it acts like a hinge when opened to install. I imagine if you flex this excessively, it will sever the print. I think it has about a 1mm strand, that is about 8-10mm tall. You'll have zero issues if you leave it on the scope, but constantly removing it might be a problem. Printing it in PETG, rather than PLA might also make it last longer.
There will be a small gap when it is installed between the 2 hinged parts down by the bolt, this is normal. I had to design this in such a way that it could be tightened with a strong grip without falling off of the scope ring it mounts on. Originally, when I made it an exact fit, it would slip off so I had to change the radius to make it smaller so it could clamp tighter, hence the small gap.
