If the fitment is too loose, increase the scale of the barb, but not the pipe threads.

I needed some barbed fittings for my half-inch swing pipe. With some design in TinkerCAD, I came up with these. They work really well for my purpose and especially with Rain Bird's EZ Swing Pipe, which can have some inconsistencies with the diameter of the pipe across the roll, regardless of that, it fits very well and it's easy to slip in. Takes a bit of effort to remove.
The barb fitting with an elbow and a stake is ideal for popup sprinklers or impact sprinklers. It's ideal to be used with the swing pipe.
I've published this for all to use.
This is compatible with Funny Pipe which is a trademarked name of Toro. It is also compatible with Rain Bird EZ Swing Pipe and other swing pipes.
