This is a bar billiards skittle that was designed for a smaller size bar billiards table (not for a full size table, although you could probably scale these up for that if needed).
The skittle is 15mm diameter and 90mm high, which is about 0.6" and 3.5" for those who prefer imperial measurements (I won't judge :)
It has a 3mm hole included which is intended for a wire or rod to be inserted (to prevent the skittle from becoming trapped in the holes). It also has a recessed hole in the bottom to accept an M3 socket headed cap screw for a bit of weight and stability.
The original Blender file is included although the scale is wrong by a factor of 1000 (if I remember rightly), and I didn't bother to fix it (just scaled it down with Cura before printing).
