I modified this Bane mask to fit my large head.
I literally stretched it to fit my head so it is bigger than the normal mask but nobody ever notices.
I used black elastic and thumb tacks to put the whole thing together. I heated up a thumb tack with a lighter then quickly stuck it through the elastic and into the helmet piece. If you do the same placement of tacks as I did it should stay together pretty well.
Dimensions:
W 165 mm measured at the widest point of my head just above my ears
L 245 mm measured from the front-bottom of my chin to the back-top of my head (the middle of the sagittal suture)
My head is 600 mm around measured at the hat line
