Took the great work and cut the model to add a hole for M8 thread to mount 608 ZZ ball bearings.
You need a M8 threaded rod, a bunch of small washers, two big washers and the ball bearings. Put the small washers in between the bearings to rotate individually.
This fixed my issues with the standard mount and a standmount, where the spool got lifted by the drag of the printer.
