I found when using the manual filament holder with a full roll or filament that every time you start a new print the filament guide tube is moved up and then down. This makes the filament lose and it pops off the reel. So, unless you stand there for 5 minuets as the printer gets ready to run the job you will not be able to correct this problem of the filament coming off the full reel and getting tangled. So, I made a simple nonmoving guide for the filament tube, so this does not happen.
