Corner connectors that are sized for common bamboo skewers. The holes slightly overlap, allowing the friction between the skewers to hold the assembly securely.
I designed this thing as a way to easily put together a jig for tying monkey fist knots. To make the jig, the rods needed to align in a certain way that meant there had to be two types of corner connectors that I named "A" and "B" (maybe "clockwise" and "counterclockwise" would be better?) To tie different sizes of monkey fist knots, you need only to use different lengths of bamboo.
The model was created by my son using Autodesk Inventor.
