This is a remix of the Balisong Trainer with Improved pins. In the previous model, one side of the pins would have a large flat face while the other side had a smaller angled face. I updated the pins to have the smaller angled face on both sides.
To assemble, place blade in handle and push pin straight down through the hole. I needed to use a hammer to tap the pin into place. Channellock pliers might make this task even easier than a hammer if you have a pair. Make sure you push the pin in straight, or you will risk cracking the handle.
I printed the handle and pins in PLA with no supports. You could ad a brim if you are having adhesion issues. I printed the blade separately with supports which seem to help with the angle of the blade.
