The file 'Balisong, Or Butterfly Knife, Fully 3D Printed 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 833.2KB.
This is not a weapon! It is designed to be a fun and easy training butterfly knife.
It does't require any screws or glue, it works with just 3D printed parts. Two spring clips hold together handle and blade.
Print two clips, two pins and two handles. The pins and clips should be printed with at least a 70% infill, the handles and blade with a bare minimum of 30%; I would recommend 50%. Print the handles laying on the side with support in the gap for best print quality. You can also print them vertically but they won't come out as good and holes will be imperfect.
It is a quite sturdy flipper with a very nice weight distribution, for a 3D printed object, however be careful not to throw it too much.
Thank you and have fun!
EDIT:
The blade was way too big in the model I uploaded, it should be now fixed.
Apparently i didn't update my CAd file after the first print...quite embarassing and i'm very sorry
