Bajoran Derringer from DS9 season 6 Who morns for Morn. I couldn't find a file for this phaser model, and I have been wanting to add this phaser to my collection for a while, so I made one and am passing it along.
This concealable Bajoran Phaser had extremely little screen time and few external references. I made the prop using the episode it's from to get as many details as possible. Sadly, it never appeared very clearly in the few seconds it was shone. I used the full size Bajoran Phaser as a reference to fill in the gaps. I believe this design is fairly screen accurate.
I made the Phaser with space for an Arduino pro mini and a mini MP3 DFPlayer a small rechargeable battery and USB battery recharge board.
The handle is designed to be removed. I printed mine out of TPU for durability and attached it using 4 3mm x18mm metal pins and 8 5mmx3mm magnets. for a les fancy approach or for PLA handles super glue is a great option. I used a Micro Switch; Model No.: JL012-13.5-2 for the trigger switch in the handle.
I also printed the silver mid plate out of TPU to easily access the electronics. I recommend TPU for this part if an electronics equipped prop, is your goal.
Emitter is designed to house a standard 5mm LED.
Happy building.
