The file 'Bag Wheels 3D Printer Model' is (3mf,stl) file type, size is 2.9MB.
Recently, one of the wheels on my Stanley backpack broke, so I decided to design a replacement based on the original model of the backpack. I printed the entire model with 5 perimeters and 20% infill. So far, I haven't had any issues with this configuration, but feel free to add more strength if you wish. Adapter piece is designed to be printed withuot supports, but i recomend to use supports in both to obtain better quality pieces. Wheel needs supports fot the bearing area. Recommended PETG, but PLA should works fine too.
Required materials:
2x Threaded rods with an 8mm diameter and 67mm length
8x 8mm washers
4x 8mm nuts
6x 3-5mm screws for assembly
4x 22mm bearings
