This is my design of a bag clip.

Advantages:

  • Stable hinges

  • Wobble-free hinge design

  • Easy to close

  • It clamps reliably even thin bags

  • Marble pattern in the grip zone for a better finger grip

Comments:

  • Print the clip on the side as suggested in the data file. There are small supports in the hinge that would not work if you turn the clip on the top side.

  • After printing, the hinges must be broken loose.

  • After bending back and forth several times, the hinges turn much smoother.

  • The design is aligned for a layer height of 0.2mm and a 0,4mm nozzle. Other layer heights have not been tested so far. But every comment regarding other settings is welcome. Regardless of whether the print was successful or not.
