Back to back wheel gauge for HO trains. I use Hornby, but it is probably OK for lima etc
It is 14.4mm between the inside of the wheels. As far as i can see that this is the recommended distance between the wheels for HO. All my kit carriages came too close together.

Printers aren't 100% accurate, so i printed a few at 98%,100%,102% and then used calipers to find the one that was exactly 14.4mm
Use a long 3mm screw to make a handle
