This is the back cover for the Skoda Octavia 2 headlights and probably many other models of the VW group. VAG code: 5J0941607A. I lost the original one somehow, so I designed and printed out of TPU the new one, and it works surprisingly well.
Don't forget to use TPU.
It's a bit dirty on the photo, sorry about that, it's been on my car for more than 2 years now.
