The motor pulley in my Bachmann Spectrum HO scale 2-8-0 cracked, so I made a new one. Installation requires a pulling tool to remove the flywheel from the motor as well as a pressing tool to put it back on. It's a bit of work, but it saves you from having to buy a full new motor!
PLEASE NOTE, the center hole can come out slightly undersized. If it's not pressing on smoothly, carefully ream out the hole with a 5/64" drill bit.
