Welcome back!
So, with the last model's story line continuing, and Babylon Prime operational. I've been working on a model of the Waypoint Station. complete with a wide variety of ships all docked over the 4 levels and tethered together. Mulling over the model, and seeing what's really needed for what this next Light Ship Cruisers mission as well;I thought about inbound and outbound traffic. This is a traffic control tower to support the Way Point Military Station Model.
You’ll see multiple level working areas and the likes, 2 shuttles for shift changes, comms dishes, a telescope, long, and short range sensor arrays, with comms antennas for each direction of tracking.
If B5 had hectic traffic, just imagine talking to all the Nav Officers over the wireless and happily navigating them to port. Hey, I bet they’re hiring! Good benefits too…
Also, I just added a Patrol Ship Sub Station.
