What we have here is a more advanced Expeditionary Force Cruiser. Like the former, now retired remix at this time. The design has changed along with technological advancements.
The main advantage of its intent is to support smaller craft logistics in combat. So I chose to stick with the double hull design the former also used. An Expeditionary Force Vessel, is a Ship designed to support an Ally at war, and to collect information. I would imagine in this little pocket of remixed models, this would be a telling sign of things to come. The Narn and Centari’s constant conflict’s would eventually call for Earth Force to pick a side. Interestingly enough to note, if you follow me and the alternative story line that derives these models; the last portion had a segment about the Shadow War looming. I’ve left this topic on mute on purpose. Any ideas as to why? Stay tuned.

As a walk through, the internal hull has been partitioned to not have a totally hollow ship, but still provide the Hanger operations a ship in this kind of theater would need to have. It has more anti-fighter capabilities, and for cost cutting, and higher production numbers demands included, has lost the rotational area along with the extra Starfury launch bays from the Hyperion Cruiser Remix I uploaded not to long ago. The mission is more political, but if the arena gets hot, she’s not left on her own. She’s got the capabilities to fend for her self. If anything, she’s a deterrent, a convoy protector, a supply runner, or if needed a Capital Ship still.

Update: With the appearance of these class of Ships appearing on Centari front lines escorting civilian transports and shepherding convoys, the Centari are absolutely taken by surprise when Earth Force sides with the Narn. Earth Force now starting to understand Shadow technology and combing the reports from Centari attack sites believes the Shadows are working with the Centari. Without mentioning this to the Narn, the Narn are impressed to see the former Earth Minbari War Cruisers modified and back to aid in the Liberation of Narn.
It doesn’t take long for the Centari to start firing upon the Expeditionary Force. The Narn quickly begin trading technology and the the Refit of this class of ship is rushed into production. Meet the Hyperion Expeditionary Force Cruiser. The Centari are shocked to see these weapons and engines mounted to an Earth Force Ship and order that every one of them start being shot down. The Earth / Narn Centari Conflict erupts. Earth not officially declaring War due to its own territory not being involved and having Babylon 5 caught in a catch 22. It would seem that once again the Universe is on the brink and as the Vorlons mention, our shadows are all attached to us.

Earth Force however in a daring move starts immediately firing first causing severe damage to the Centari fleets and engaging in surprise attacks. The Hades Nova based Battleships are detached into Narn Space. Meeting the E.A.S. Apollo and Turining her back around to secure Sigma 957 in Narn Space. Earth Forces concern is that beyond a tumultuous history between the Centari and Narn that this could simply be put, the Shadows are trying to capture the Walkers Technology from Sigma 957 and thus start dispatching blockades Centari boarders and taking aim at Civillian infrastructure sites. This bluff causes a cease fire so talks on Babylon 5 can resume.

As far as Babylon 5 is concerned, many firefights between the Stations harboring over stricken Narn Vessels has caused build up in Neutral Spacee causing Grid lock among almost all races and a true Universal war is on the brink. Ioannis is Alerted to start putting in overtime to reignited the black ops projects, however the the specs no longer match the Shadow Vessels hull genetics, but match Vorlon hull genetics. What could this mean? Time will only tell. Meanwhile Ioannis is ordered to start also taking striken Vessels from Babylon 5 to redevelop a Narn Fleet. As Earth Priorities are seemingly shifting and cannot be recognized yet again. It would seem President Santiago and VP Clark have both different views and information and associations with different motives. The relationship between the 2 is as can be imagined spread out with communication being less and less by the day.
