This is a Blockade Enforcement / Assault Carrier and Planetary Defense 44 turret gunnery Platform for all intent and purposes. It’s a blend of Dreadnought and Explorer Class that provides context to the idea that during the Earth Minbari War, some planets in a different time line would be occupied by Earth Force. The class designation is named Alexiares after the Greek Demi God of Defense and Fortification. The fore Hanger Deck is enlarged to support logistics of smaller support vessels, such as Missile Boats, Defense Barges, Mine Layers, Aether Fighters and the likes. The midships has been fortified for extra troop, supply and munitions support. You’ll see 2 levels of egress into those areas which house materials into the Fore section of the ship. In theory, all bay doors could be opened to allow pass thru the ship. Now thats logistical deployment design intent. Also, 2 Nova Dreadnought hulls have been mirrored and fully armed to provide heavy capital ship deterrence and house Marines to support Planetary Provisional Governance of the occupied Planet. The secondary reason for this ship is to provide a stable establishment of area gained to take the heat off of an Island Hopping Advance into enemy territory by other Capital Ships.
