This was a school project at NTNU Gløshaugen. It was a team effort of 5 students. The project was to follow the process of product development and do all calculation related to manufacture, environmental impact and such. The design is completly made by the team and it was designed in NX siemens.
The main purpose of 3D printing this model was to have a closer look to material effiency and error in design. We learned a lot from this project and I am looking forward to future projects.
NB. This is a model of the drill. It is not operationable, but with the right parts it probably would work. Also the model needs to have high resolution(low layer height) due to the parts having low tolerance.
