Summary

This was a 6th grade social studies project. The students were learning about the Aztec and Mayan civilizations. Each student designed a structure in the style of one of those two great cultures.

Students were allowed to select any structure they wanted to model. In the future key structures from a city like Tikal or Tenochtitlan can be modeled by having each student design one of the buildings.

Most models were printed at reduced size to save time.

Completed this project with another 6th grade classes, added their models.
