Nice little board to play around with. It packs the following:
Inspired by cases you can already find online I made my own from scratch. Took quite some prototypes to get where I am now, but was a good design challenge. Printed it with .4 nozzle and it clicks together without any screws, glue, whatever. Made 2 different caps with it, one closed, one with a voronoi pattern.
I use this board with ESPHome / Home Assistant, but I have to be fair, the SHT30 sensor is useless. The MQ2 gas sensor is a chemiresistor. It can detect LPG, Smoke, Alcohol, Propane, Hydrogen, Methane and Carbon Monoxide concentrations ranging from 200 to 10000 ppm.
To do so, it needs to heat up bigtime. I included a 3mm printed wall between the MQ2 sensor and the SHT30 but that won’t fix it. You can easily correct temperature with -10C to get a realistic value. Unfortunately that also means humidity is way off. So as gas sensor it’s a fun sensor, other than that, not so useful.
