Have you got a hand-pushed salt or fertilizer spreader?
You might well need Axle bushings! They are made from cheap plastic and can wear out or more likely, melt / catch fire if you need to disassemble the axle as you will likely have to heat the collets to remove them.
So here they are! It is probably best to use a plastic with decent lubricating quality like Igus
but ABS should also work OK... it is only a hand-pushed cart after all.
