UPDATE
Modeled a harness cart hitch for the cart as well, the horse i used is https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40537 but i assume different horse models can be used.
A funtional Axle and textured axle housing for the cart by Talismancer at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1264384/remixes
This was also designed to raise the cart by 5 mm.
