Summary

Resin only. This print is designed to be used with AX24 and SCX24 RC rock crawlers using 1.8 outlaw class wheels from Mofo or Hardpark and the Low Blow knuckles. Must be printed in Resin, I used Anycubic pro 2 ABS like resin. They are designed to be used with fly fishing weight beads and can hold up to 30 of the MFC tungsten 5/32 beads per side, giving you approx 13.5g per hanger once assembled. They are designed to be a pressure fit and I recommend using the purple, black or blue as they are slightly thicker than the gold and silver.

The STL for one is attached, though it looks symmetrical it is not, please mirror it on your slicer to get a set of left and right. You will need to hand finish these. I recommend to process them as you usually would and wet sand, then insert the weights. They are a tight fit and will stretch the material a bit, they are oversized so there is no way to avoid this. Next, wetsand them a final time getting them as thin as possible on the outside without exposing the titanium beads, this will give you the final tolerances to fit without catching on your wheels. Finally, insert 2 bolts through the mounting holes and line up with the hub, they are slightly off to provide a tight fit once installed so nothing backs out without needing thread lockers that could break down the printed material. Install the wheel and test, sand down further if needed until they no longer catch.
