I made an enclosure for the ATP DOM series that follow this form factor, specifically the AF4GSSGH models. It should have compatibility with the other ATP DOMs within this model range.
Unfortunately, the motherboard that I have doesn't have enough room next to its USB headers to accommodate the DOM itself, so I made this enclosure using Fusion 360. I can then run a female to male USB header extension cable to it and mount it in a more suitable location instead of dangling about in the server chassis. Other's may find this useful that are in a similar predicament.
In addition to multiple, large slits for ventilation, I made a hole suitable for a M3 screw. A 10mm screw can be used to seal the enclosure shut, or a longer screw can be used to pass through the enclosure to attach it to an existing mount.
The DOM has a small amount of movement when in the enclosure to avoid pressure being placed on any of the components.
You will need to flip the lid 180° for better print compatibility.
