This is a set of Atomic Robo 'armor' for soozafone's brilliant Dummy 13 figure (https://www.printables.com/model/981111-dummy-13-version-10). I've really wanted an Atomic Robo action figure since he debuted in Brian Clevinger's and Scott Wegener's comic back in 2007. (It's still running as a webcomic at https://www.atomic-robo.com -- check it out!) Once I looked at the Dummy 13 figure, I realized it would make a fantastic frame for Robo.
Because of the character's bulk, I did have to sacrifice a little flexibility in the figure, but I think it's a fair trade-off for the design. I also created a new neck joint -- the default one places Robo's head too high. This does rely on the original abdomen, crotch, and waist armor from soozafone's design.
While the 'armor' is designed to the original Dummy 13 scale, I printed mine at 112% to fit better with standard six-inch-scale figures like Marvel Legends. Ideally, you would also want to color-match the PETG frame to the PLA armor but personally, I'm not about to buy a full roll of tan PETG just to print the leg joints! Black seems to be relatively unobtrusive for everything.
