A wire tie around this area would probably work as well. I made this 3d printed wire hook to grip around the X-Axis Beam & hold the wiring further to the outside so it does not drag against the inside work area as far. I measured 50mm across the X-axis beam, but made the print 50.3mm as my printer was off that much on the finished part. I included the fusion 360 file if you need to adjust the design a little more for your printer. I printed this with 30% infill & 5 perimeters using a 0.4mm nozzle.
