Router: Asus RT-AX92U ( may work on others too )
This piece is made to replace the bracket on the routers antennas which allows them to fold down. One of them broke on my router, making it impossible to stand the antenna up as it should be for normal use:
The problem is this small piece of plastic which has broken.
The fix requires you to remove the outside case from the router (4 screws on the bottom) which will give you access to the top plastic case and the broken bracket attached to it:
Using a needle nose pliers or similar: Detach the spring and the whole antenna will be able to slide out the top:
Fish the antenna wire through the 3d printed piece correctly. Slide everything back into place and re-attach the spring:
Test that the antenna will stand up and lay down properly.
