Here is a quick little file from the Clone Wars TV show I managed to put together in under an hour, thought I might aswell upload it. Id suggest not printing it as one giant piece with both mirrored sides as that would prevent the mechanism of the faceplate opening. Once all the pieces are glued the parts in the mechanism should be held together and work. The mechanism itself is identical to the one used in my Cayde 6 v2 mask.
